John and Kelly of J & K Custom Designs have been the exclusive MN LEAP merchandise provider since 2024. John and Kelly have both dedicated their lives to Law Enforcement for a combined 52 years, with a majority in the state of Minnesota. John is now retired from Law Enforcement and stays connected to the field through the work of J & K Custom Designs' many Law Enforcement clients. Kelly is an Administrative Coordinator with a Law Enforcement Agency.
