Do you offer a bulk discount?
Absolutely! We will work with you to get the best deal. Our bulk order discount is 10% when a case is purchased. A case is typically 12 to 24 items.

Do you accept returns?
All custom products are final and we do not accept returns. If a product is defective, please contact us to discuss a replacement.

Do you ship your products?
We do! We use USPS and UPS for most of our shipping. We always look for the best rate and communicate price prior to sending.

Do you have a pick-up option?
Local pick up is available upon request.

What is the design process like?
We work with you throughout the entire design process. We always have the customer approve the final product before we create.
